Exchange & Refunds

I hope you will love your new piece,  however if for some reason you want an exchange, credit or refund this can be arranged within 14 days.  Some exclusions may apply.

Please email me within 14 days to arrange an exchange or refund.  Once confirmed, jewellery should be packaged to prevent damage in the post. It is recommended to use the original packaging.  Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and returns will be processed once the piece arrives back.  Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit. If you are concerned this may occur it is recommend you use a tracked postal service or insure the parcel.

These pieces are handmade and so come with some unique characteristics which I hope will make your piece more special and unique, like you!  If there is an issue with the quality of your piece e.g. chain or clasp issues within the first 90 days, please contact me to arrange a solution.
